The singer, songwriter, and videographer Samuel H. Dennis and his Sister Yatta Tarley were born in Monrovia, Liberia and were raised in Riverdale, Maryland. From a very young age, both of them have always had a desire and gift for music. The opportunity for this gift came when they started singing with their church’s youth choir, Bethel World Outreach, at the age of 13 and 16 . After much success and admiration from their peers in the youth ministry they were promoted to the adult choir. After singing with the adult choir for several years they became distracted by their friends and Sam began associating himself with bad influences, and his sister began to do her own thing which drove them away from the things of God. A few years later, after constantly being approached by their aunt to get back to the church, Sam had an experience in which he lost everything that he believed to be precious to him. It was after this experience that he rededicated his life to God and both of them gained a new desire and passion for the things of God. Since then, they has returned to the church serving as a praise and worship minister at Zion Praise Tabernacle Lutheran Church, located in Bowie, Maryland. They continues to use their musical gifts to give praise to God as they did from their youth and has since signed with Renewed Life Records. Currently they resides in Maryland with their beautiful family and is working on their first album.
